Insert menu

Transition menu

The name indicates the changing process of the transition effect from one page to another page. The transition menu has tools to do different transition effect (animation) when you go from one page to the next page of your presentation.

Animation tool

The animation menu has tools that enables you to make animation for each content inside a single slide or the whole slides of your presentation.

Slide show menu

This menu has a broad tool to make power point presentation.

  • You can start the slide show from beginning, from the current slide or you can create your own custom slide show.
  • You can make a set up for slide show.
  • You can hide some slide while the presentation slide is in full screen. That means the content of a selected slide to be hidden is not displayed while the presentation slide is in slide show mode.
  • You can make rehears timing. That means you can start the full screen slide show and figure out how long time is taken by each slide. The power point will record how long time you spend for each slide. Finally, if you know the timing of each slid, you can make the power point to slide automatically while you are on presentation.

Record menu

Using this menu, you can perform the following tasks.

  • Live record your presentation. You can decide where the screen record will be start. This tool also helps you to clear recorded timing and narration.
  • You can add screen shoot that is currently opened in your desktop.
  •  You can record actions on your screen and related audio before you inserting the recording in your slide.
  • You can add the video from the computer or networked storage and it will be auto play when the slide show is presented.
  • You can also add audio from your local file or networks. Or you can record live on the power point presentation and it will automatically play from the background.
  • Record menu has an export tool to export the power point presentation in the form of videos, PDFs, Handouts and animated GIFs.

Review menu

You can do the following tasks using the tools present under review menu.

  • Check spelling errors in power point slide.
  • You can find the synonym or meaning for a given power point.
  • Insert and delete comments.

View Menu

The view menu has tools to make different outline of the power point presentation. There is normal view, outline view, slide sorter, note page and other view alternatives.
